Honestly, it might just be me or how I text, but I would probably just send a
"Glad to have seen you last night :)"
text and see how they respond and then go from there. Sounds like she's into you so you should get a positive response.
Once she responds I'd say something along the lines of "I hate that we didn't get to talk much during the movie lets grab some drinks at X location Friday"
Once she accepts and y'all hammer out the details, I personally wouldn't text her again until Friday. On THAT date is when I would ask her how she liked the movie.
The above is just how I would play it though. Generally speaking, I personally try mainly to use texting as a tool to set up dates, not to have conversation, at least in these early stages.
