Topic	Is homework a scam?

The only thing I think is kids maybe need less homework (and if theres an overarching project due, keep homework to a minimum while teaching to the project). How else do you learn genuinely challenging concepts, if not by actually thinking, writing, and reading about them a lot? I dunno but theres countries doing it. And its not like the French for instance produce dumb kids.
