Keep in mind Zeus believes the simplest explanation for people carrying nazi flags is the presence of definitely-not-nazis. Keep in mind that Blighboy believes that Nazis don't age which is why most of the crowd didn't even look old enough to be the grandchildren of Nazis. More importantly, Bligh believes that an entire crowd's beliefs aren't represented by its organizers or leaders, but instead by any random person who wants into the group with a sign.
