It's like buying a 20 piece Lego set for 80 dollars. 10 of them don't fit right . Lego comes by and takes the 10 pieces and calls it case closed, fixed.


A) Theyve found the same vulnerability in both ARM and AMD chips. So that wont lead to a price drop either.

Contrary to some reports, any performance impacts are workload-dependent, and, for the average computer user, should not be significant and will be mitigated over time.


So... sure. There might be a slow down. But its not nearly as apocalyptic as youre trying to make it sound... so, once again... a vulnerability in all chips available that will soon be fixed, will cause a price drop... why?
