Yes, it's fully explained in the official tiebreaker rules: -Tiebreaker 1: By how much. Whoever is closer (over or under) advances. (EX: User A picks Jets by 3, User B picks Jets by 7. If Jets win by 4 or less, User A wins. If the Jets win by 6 or more, User B wins. If the Jets win by 5, then it moves to the next tiebreaker) This tiebreaker supersedes a lock (because being able to pick the amount is a bigger deal than confidence) I forgot to include it in the quick explanation.
