idk, man, if you took care of malaria, you'd still need to take care of dysentery, hunger, violence, systemic poverty, clean water, etc, etc, and, after you spent trillions doing all that, guess what? You'd need to worry about cancer. Seems to me like we're just cutting out the middleman here because all roads lead to cancer.
