Best I have is +Atk -Def I'm still weighing my options but I'm pretty sure my Eirika is +ATK/-RES I faced off in Arena against a +6 Eirika tonight ironically with her on my team who I believe was +SPD and -RES as well. I kinda think +SPD is probably alot worse than +ATK.
