Does 43 feel old though? Because I can remember when I thought people in their 40s were old as shit but every year it seems younger. Especially when I meet guys in their 40s with a full head of hair and don't dress like a dad. I'm 24 and I feel simultaneously young and old. I feel like a really old kid. I'll be 36 soon and I don't feel old at all. I still only have to sleep about 4 hours a night What do you mean still? Young people need more sleep than older people. After your teen years it levels off to 6-8 hours.
