Also Darkman I had a question for you, I own a lot of my company stock, slowly vesting over a few years. I got about 20% vested now, and I really think I should be divesting some, don't want my job and most my net worth being so closely linked, yada yada. What do you think about selling covered calls on my stocks? Say my stock is currently at $30, I was going to sell a call at $45 that expires in June. I figure I get to pocket the premium no matter what, and then even if my call hits at $45, I would sell at that point anyway because I want to divest. Seems like a win/win/win situation to me? I guess the only way I would get screwed is if the stock somehow goes up to $60 in that time? --- Hello world! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
