Well you can also contact CID - http://www.cid.army.mil (contact info at the top), speak with someone over the phone and they will probably initiate an investigation. I don't know what you expect to happen - unless you're following them around taking photographs and videotaping things as evidence, really all you can do is report your suspicions to someone who can take appropriate action. If they find reason to believe a crime has been committed then it moves forward from there, if not then he'll probably be moved to a different work center or command.

I would say go ahead and give CID a call - just because someone's in the military does not automatically give them a clean mental bill of health and it's entirely believable that some guy is preying on young girls.
