You whole-heartedly believe that abortion is murder of an innocent, defenseless human being.

Why shouldn't you use armed force to kill abortion doctors, and physically prevent pregnant women from getting abortions?

Remember, everyone agrees the Civil War was just, and that only involved getting rid of slavery, which is arguably not as bad as ripping millions of babies to pieces.

Lets step back for a moment and talk about actual murder.

Suppose you've got a murderer that needs to be stopped. I will always support capturing that person alive if at all possible. Obviously, this isn't always possible, sometimes they kill themselves, and sometimes they endanger others to such a degree that live capture becomes too high risk, but if they could be captured, they should.

But above even that, I believe the murderer should turn himself in, nonviolently, and subject himself to proper due process.

You cannot stop death with more death.

Wouldn't the argument be that you put fear into abortion doctors, and therefore less people sign up to do it, therefore abortion is decreased?

You have to recall that the legal regime is on the side of these doctors and people seeking abortions, so if all you do is physically impede them somehow, they'll quickly get right back to it, while you get sent off to jail, accomplishing nothing.

Also with regard to the notion that you cannot stop death with more death, I refer you to the Second World War, or how the best way to stop a madman on a shooting spree is to put a bullet in his head.
