i believe that: the metrics for kendall, lake, and will counties support the assertion that they face ~$5000 property taxes. IL property taxes are definitely way out of line with the rest of the nation, and even within the state the variation is huge

i think the 200,000 home with $8000+ property taxes does not exist at all, though.
