I thought I made it perfectly clear that pit bulls have a tendency to kill rather than maim because they're better at killing things than other dogs. Maiming attempts at dogs are simply failures on the dog's part to kill a target. The only exceptions to this are dogs that are trained specifically to maim such as various police dogs. --- ...
