No, that is not the best way to measure anything in this manner when so many variables are involved


Look.

1. There are thousands and thousands of dog attacks carried out by all manner of breeds.
2. An extremely tiny minority of those dog attacks are carried out by pit bulls.
3. An even smaller amount of all dog attacks result in death.
4. The dog attacks from #3 have the highest amount of overlap with dog attacks from #2 than they do with any other breed.
