Topic	wait so net neutrality is really only two years old?

The wikipedia article you posted doesn't state that net neutrality has only been around since 2015. It states the legal regulations requiring net neutrality have been around since 2015. Net neutrality is essentially how we expect the internet to work. The idea that all data should be treated equally. We essentially just trusted that ISPs would treat all data equally.
