Which is the same production company, with the same workers. Since the "cancellation", that was a decision made in-house to make a shift earlier since they wanted to push Rebels on their own networks. Detours, yeah, that's a cancellation. But it's not even in-house, so who cares? Let's also not forget that TV doesn't matter - viewership for Star Wars shows is piss-poor. Disney isn't going to can New Mutants is the point that matters here. They are looking to make this thing called money.
