Topic	RIP Star Citizen. They're being sued by Crytek.

But then they announced plans for Squadron 42, and plans to sell it as a separate game. Crytek sent them notifications that this isn't covered under the license but CIG went ahead anyways. They're now being sued for breach of the Cryengine GLA. Looks like Crytek has a very solid suit, and even if CIG somehow wins, this is going to be a PR disaster for them because this will be a hugely expensive case that they'll be forced to dip into crowdfunding money for. <cite>OctilIery posted [p:892158821] in RIP Star C...
