Ashlanders are pretty barbaric tbh

Bretons are all tribals w petty kings just like nords.

The Reachmen in Skyrim are Breton and mostly tribals. Actual Bretons in High Rock are organized into Kingdoms and have a pretty advanced culture.

And Redguards have massive coastal cities, and a very popping maritime industry.

What makes you thank that about the Bretons? The bretons in high rock are VERY similar to nords w a little more emphasis on magic.

Redguards are very barbaric outside of their maritime commerce. and they're basically pirates...

Not how eso portrayed them. They are your basic copy and paste of middle age Britain and I don't consider that barbaric. Large walled stone cities with castles and advanced culture
