I do see it on the other foot though that the police probably felt they were responding to a terrorist/mass shooter suspect upon the call into 911 that was thought to be armed and dangerous. It is sad the person was shot. It could have been handled much better so that outcome did not come about. However, that is never going to not be justified in the court of law. Thought to be possibly armed and dangerous. Was warned loudly and clearly. Moves hands against orders to belt line/clothing compartment area.
