No, he's not, by any stretch. The fact that two characters are rich and intelligent doesn't automatically make parallels. If Batman was a villain, he'd probably be more like the Red Hood seen in Batman: Under the Red Hood where he'd create order by controlling crime and executing anybody who got out of line. Or he'd be a Punisher-style vigilante with fewer moral boundaries (ie, willing to kill cops).

Real fight, batman vs superman.

Batman goes into hiding, superman doesn't even know a fight is coming.

Batman identifies the unique radioactive signature of Superman due to being from a different planet. He creates a bullet that when fired will seek out and hit that signature.

He makes it out of kryptonite.

He monitors the news, or creatures a scenerio where superman will appear.

He fires the bullet at superman, and kills him, or at least knocks him out in serious pain from the bullet...which is meant to open and spread out once it makes contact (causing little shards of krypto to move throughout his body.

He recovers the body and dumps it in a vat of lead, which he then dumps into the marianous trench.

No more superman.

That or he feeds it to Superman in some sort of a dissolving capsule which shields the effects until they're in his body. Or he deploys a kryptonite mist to drain him of his power.

Silent bullets?

Doesn't really need it since Superman usually just lets bullets hit him. If he didn't realize there was something different about the bullet, he wouldn't move. Keep in mind that Superman has been shot with a kryptonite bullet before.
