Ayra counter would be anything with Swordbreaker, a particularly tanky blue (of units I use regularly Ephraim and Valter with Defense buffs or a fortress square can often survive her even getting doubled), or a reasonably hard hitting ranged unit to soften her so you can one shot her with any second attack. (Even if she has Vantage, getting hit once by her is fine)

Basically as long as you don't eat two attacks from her she's pretty manageable. You should avoid baiting her like you would with a lot of troublesome units unless you have a really tanky blue because she'll kill you.
