The guy was trying to invalidate the 'outrage,' if you want to call it that, by equating a mistake in Ghandi's coding to the choice for this Korean leader. The authenticity was legitimate in the original game, where Ghandi was supposed to be pacifist, but the coding just got messed up. The devs choosing an unconventional leader is intentional on their part, and that's where the legitimacy kinda goes up in the air for debate.
