Final Fantasy - VI Pokemon - Blue Tales - Symphonia Persona - nope SMT - Digital Devil Saga Dragon Quest - IV Fire Emblem* - Blazing Sword (FE7) JRPG not listed here - Super Mario RPG boss fight you thought was hard - Yaridovich. The cake took a few tries as well I think, but didn't have the same "this is unfair!!" effect on young me party member that died because of your incompetence - This feels like it only counts in games with permadeath, at which point... someone in FE7, not that I remember who. JRPG you gave up on... because it was bad - FF2, though I eventually came back to it years later out of stubborness. Otherwise, FF Crystal Chronicles for another reason - I've never put down an RPG that I was actively enjoying. There are some, like Xenoblade, which I wouldn't call objectively "bad", but if I put it down it's because I wasn't enjoying it. hated character - Zidane loved character - Magus "WOW" moment (battle/gameplay) - Casting FF6 Ultima for the first time.
