Just not in the context of impressing women (but rather in the context of being able to prepare for the future by knowing about the past because human - and group - psychology does not change through the centuries, even if technology does). But yes, that message is something all people devoid of female attention need to read and understand. You need to act like a man to impress a woman of any real worth. You need to lead and argue with her if necessary. It needs to be clear who's in the dominant role. You don't even need to be aggressive or anything close, it works on a subconscious level.
