try to return it

they won't let you because they will say it is NOT NEW, you OPENED it and taped it

but they sold it to you as new didn't they? how can they say it is no longer new when you had not altered it in any way?

because they sold you something different than what you ordered

just like giving you a salad when you asked for a burger

Last time I bought a game the dude said I could return it as long as the tape was still on.

I literally didn't even think twice about this when it happened to me lol. You guys stress too much.
