I have researched this (via Google, Reddit, Steam, etc.), and ... no, there is no patch. Not only that, but the Steam discussion board for the game is locked down. Looks like Sekai Project is determined to get people to buy the adult version from Denpasoft. Or pirate it. That seems to be a popular choice, too.
