People really don't like that short. What's the short? Basically, Disney had this Frozen program that was intended to fill a 30-minute TV block during the Christmas season. Speculation is that they weren't entirely convinced that Coco was going to do well, and it would be embarrassing if it flopped in Mexico right out of the gate, so they stuck it in front of the movie to draw more viewers. The problem is that, since it was created for TV, it's like 20 minutes long even after the commercial breaks are removed. The quality is also not great and it contains something like 4 musical numbers.
