So Hillary Clinton No. Someone who ran two failed electoral campaigns is not qualified to be president. I'm not saying that's the only thing that factors into a person's qualifications... but I do not believe that someone who ran out of campaign finance (the first time), and who can't take responsibility for a failed campaign (the second time) deserves anyone's vote.
