Stevie picking up the last Mother Box after literally everyone went to go BvS2, was dumb, like slapstick dumb. Like for this one moment, the movie turned into a straight up comedy. The worst part is, tonally it's hard to know if it's supposed to be funny or not. Like if that scene were in the Avengers, it would totally be played for laughs. But Snyder has done stuff just like that and totally expected the audience to take it seriously. So I don't know, and the tone is inconsistent, and this schizophrenia is kind of a synecdoche for the whole movie. Ill agree with the inconsistent tone. It feels like some of the jokes were added last minute, and some felt out of place. But that scene I thought was fine.
