Fun fact: I've never sexually harassed anyone in my life, but I feel like I'm overly concerned about my actions now. Shouldn't we all be overly concerned about how we treat other people? I know that's simplifying it but if anything the current allegations have made me think about my own behavior and how I should have conducted myself differently, and how I won't make the same mistakes I made in the past. I'm not talking about reasonable consideration. I'm talking about holding the door for someone at work, or having non-work related conversations (I'm naturally flirty when I talk, but I never push anything that is unwanted).
