Personally, I'd prefer to keep breathing. Let me put this in perspective for you: I'm on a litre of 10mg/5ml liquid morphine per week. Mixing quantities of alcohol with that? Not a good plan. I can manage one small glass of wine or one shot, no more, and that I found out through very careful trial and error with friends around who could take me to hospital if anything went wrong.
