But as it stands, you are literally calling for someone to lose their job based on a single instance from before they got said job. After thinking about the situation, I agree with Inviso 100% actually. If a single incident unwanted kissing and inappropriate joking are enough to warrant termination of employment, then 80% of men (myself included) would be out of work.
