That just reinforces my point. First of all, from the actual player's perspective, he's spraying wildly. The aim sucks and half the bullets miss their mark. And while the killcam, as I already stated, must be taken with a grain of salt because it's a re-creation of what happened and not just a straight screen-grab...it does make perfect sense if the other guy's aim was more accurate that he'd win that fight. And you'll notice that he was very nearly dead even after winning the fight, so it's not like he walked through unscathed.
