I went from 85kg to 73kg today in less than 2 months. Just marry someone, then get a divorce, you'll be mega thin in no time. Depends on your coping strategies. For me food is my comfort, my reward and my "treat yourself" thing...so pretty much every situation that's connected to emotion I want to eat. That's true. When I'm down, I literally can't eat anything. I took a bite from a sandwich and was full =( But hey!
