I can usually overeat especially if it's good food. - Avoid unhealthy night, late evening snacks, this is still a problem for me as I feel the need to eat. - Avoid midday snacks, especially unhealthy stuff. - Drink less alcohol, my medication makes it harder for me to drink so I do drink less. - Avoid unnecessary sugar and carbs. Not doing all this perfectly, but it's what I put my mind on. I need to start having some kind of daily exercise too, not sure what, walks maybe, but it's hard to do mentally atm. --- ...
