You gotta look at job descriptions more like a wish list than an actual set of requirements. They're almost always written by HR or at least filtered through an HR lens, and those people don't know shit about the requirements they're listing. Sometimes they'll write it with the current employee's experience in that position, which doesn't make much sense because they didn't have five years of experience in that job's duties when they were hired five years ago.

Just apply to stuff if it looks interesting to you and you feel like you have some of the skills necessary and/or are easily able to learn the rest. You'd be surprised how many interviews you'll get for positions that are seemingly out of your league.
