I spent FOUR HOURS trying to beat Jabba with Leia and she has a charge attack? I can't blame myself for not knowing about it. You have to hold Y for a solid 2 seconds and there's no visual indicator that she's charging an attack. She doesn't take a different stance. She doesn't glow. She just stands there until you've held it down long enough, then she flickers blue ever so briefly. Even after reading how to perform the move, I thought my copy of the game might have been an earlier release which lacked the charge shot.

I can't blame myself for not knowing about the attack or for assuming the worst when it comes to LucasArts. Like I said, there's nothing to imply that Leia is charging up for an attack. And the strategy for the rancor fight seems to be to switch to Han Solo. Winning with Luke is barely possible. It took 10 straight minutes of defensive strategy, after two hours of losses, to finally be able to eke by as Luke. For the most part, if there's someone better suited for the level that you could switch to, the programmers didn't care how impossible it was for another character -- even if that character was the most thematically appropriate.
