Topic	This 19 y/o Kid Shot his DOG and Killed his Grandmother by ACCIDENT!!!

What kinda gun owner point it at someone assuming it isn't loading and further pull the trigger, once again assuming it isn't loading. Though was a second bullet found? Assuming the stars aligned in a bad way, could that one bullet pierced the dog and went on to hit the grandmother? There was a story of a freak accident of a father cleaning a gun downstairs, had the gun pointed up when it discharged, went through the ceiling/second floor, and hit his infant daughter.
