It's an omelette that I had oyster sauce in, cooked in oil then cut up, let it become room temp, then cut up to mix with the salad before adding the dressing. Salad is, mint, cilantro, green onion, lemongrass, shallot, cucumber. Added to that is roasted chili flakes, toasted rice powder that I had kaffir lime leaves in. Dressing is lime juice and fish sauce.
