If it's that much of a time-sink, then yeah something has to be done. I know I've seen people in the chat ask about that stuff, but I had no idea it was that big an issue. The rules you laid out are more than fair, just be sure to add them to the Word Doc.

In the first round of free agency, C Josh McNeil and RE Ryan Riddle were the most-targeted players by users (4 each).

Glad I splurged on Riddle. After not even attempting to sign a free agent last off-season, I almost felt I had to make a splash.
