I'm guessing they're going to use some kind of HYDRA heritage plotline because otherwise it's weird to name the family Von Strucker. But they can't as Hydra is a part of the MCU and Gifted is set in the X-Men movieverse. Besides Hydra is currently a dead horse thanks to Marvel using it in multiple movies and 4 seasons on AoS. Don't think they will want to beat that horse even if Marvel allows it. There's always the Ultimate version of Fenris which doesn't have that heritage Oh, I figured they wouldn't use HYDRA itself, but some kind of HYDRA-like faction.
