Food and drink is very tempting, because i could solve hunger problems for good, BUT i'm afraid what kind of economical catastrophe it might cause.

Having food is only part of the equation. You also need shelter and clothes, something people produce to sell so that they can buy food. If they're getting food for free they'll have no reason to produce surplus and people who can't make those things for themselves will go without. Fucking socialists.

What about tens of millions of people who becomes jobless. Whole food industry disappears. You honestly think that wouldn't cause pretty bad damages for economy? Hunger gets replaced by people becoming homeless or worse.
They'll gain new skills to live in this new market of free food. Life and jobs will change as needed. But ya, still be a drastic change for a long time
Also, the issue with world hunger isn't really a lack of food. Unless the ability to create food also includes the ability to have that for appear anywhere, you won't be solving world hunger. You need to actually get the food to the people ---
