Tl;Dr people are fat AND stupid

Tbf, it's less that people are stupid and more that they learned faulty information(I.E food pyramid) growing up and it's much harder to reteach people stuff they learned incorrectly.

You can teach kids this better than adults, but their diets are largely going to be controlled by their parents anyways so it won't make a huge impact.
