First of all, Im not big on the bluesy New Orleans jazz stuff. I dont mind it, but its not my thing. Still, if it had been only the faux Louis Armstrong stuff, I could have handled that. What kills Cuphead's closing credits is that theres this awful hidden track buried deep in. The real song ends a little shy of 4 minutes. After the 5 minute mark, a bunch of random BS from the musicians fills up the rest of the track. If I were in a different mood, and had listened to the whole OST, maybe Id smile at that. I do remember the days of CDs and hidden tracks, and Im sure some of the ones Ive listened to are similar, but when Im actively trying to listen and evaluate, and I have to listen to a bunch of brass instruments playing fart noises for two minutes, Im just not on board.
