See, I'm not as bothered by the League because they've obviously lost a step since Ra's is gone. Plus they're not the main villains now.

And with Chase it's bad because it was a big part of his backstory. "You trained with Talia for 3 days once, and even though you've also had training from Slade Wilson, Katana, Ra's Ah Ghul himself, and even Malcolm Merlyn and oh yeah Barry Allen... I KNOW ALL YOUR MOVES!" It'd be like if Oliver trained with Malcolm, and then kept up with Ra's instead of having his ass kicked promptly like he did. It's not like Oliver hasn't learned a lot since his days with Talia. I mean back in season 1 he could barely keep up with merlyn, and then he curbstomped him after he became Ra's.

It probably would have helped if he didn't seem to have the script in front of him at all times in regards to what Oliver was going to do next. He was basically Savitar without the excuse for knowing all that he did.

Though yeah, I did think it was dumb that random Time Beuareau Chick could keep up with Sara Lance. It would have made more sense if she actually brought backup, and Sarah had to fight one on three, but I guess they couldn't afford two more extras because they have to save their money for Firestorm and any other special effects they want to do.
