For your diet:

-Moderate amounts of alcohol and coffee are OK and may even be beneficial.
-Replace refined grains with whole grains.
-More nuts and legumes.
-Less soda and processed meats.
-Dairy appears to be neutral.
-Make an effort to get your calories from plant rather than animal sources.
