| Topic | I have type 2 diabetes. |
| FF_Redux 10/18/17 8:15:50 AM #1: | My blood glucose and Hba1c are just above the line, so it's not serious diabetes yet. But I HAVE to lose weight, start exercising and stop drinking as much. Doctor put in Metformin anyway to give me pancreas a break since it's working harder than it should. It's good that this was found now than when I was 50 since it hasn't done any damage on my body yet. I think I need to take a break from school, and take care of my body first. It all sounds "easy" fix. But my mental state is the mountain I have to climb over to fight this thing, my mental state is what's caused this to happen to me. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
