That's also why I don't take the ending as personally as some people seem to...it's not about us, the actual audience, but the way some things that become popular are sometimes broken down into their most basic elements, missing the original intent. The world of Danganronpa V3 is just as much of a dystopia as the original arc; it just looks closer to ours.
