That concerns mostly the Capcom side. - Management didn't care until making fun of Chun Li became a meme. That's why that got changed. - The first round if DLC characters has been finished months ago. They were just cut from the game. How the hell can you fuck up SFV in a lot of ways, then proceed to say "we'll give one of our best selling franchises even less of a budget and give even less of a damn." It's mind boggling how stupid they can be.
