Topic	For those against gun control, How do we stop mass shootings from happening?

I mean sure the Sandy Hook one might have been prevented, but for ones like Las Vegas and many others? Testing someone's "mental health" isn't like giving them an HIV test or something, honestly I think a lot of the time it's answering BS questions like "I sometimes get uncontrollable fits of rage" Strongly Agree / Agree / Neutral / Disagree / Strongly Disagree It's like anyone with basic intelligence and patience can just tell them what they want to hear. pretty much --- Be a team player, guard those super jump rings.
